Terms
Last updated: October 2026
These terms cover using Midrolo at midrolo.com. By signing in, you agree to them. They're written to be read; if anything is unclear, ask at hello@midrolo.com.
What Midrolo is
A research tool for podcasters. It models who your listeners are likely to be from Qloo taste data, suggests brands that fit, and helps you pitch them. Reports are informed estimates, not measurements, and nothing in them guarantees a sponsorship, a reply or any income.
Your account
- You sign in with Google, and you're responsible for what happens under your account.
- You need to be an adult where you live to use Midrolo.
- You can delete your account at any time from your account page.
Using it fairly
- Publish a media kit only for a show you own. Verification exists to stop kits that pretend to sell someone else's ad spots.
- Pitch packs are for emails you send yourself, one brand at a time. Don't use them for bulk or unsolicited mass email.
- Check every pitch before you send it. AI writes the drafts, and you're responsible for what goes out under your name.
- Don't scrape the service, overload it, or work around plan limits.
- Use reports, pitches and kits to find sponsors for your shows. Don't resell the underlying taste data.
We may suspend accounts that break these rules.
Your content
What you add stays yours. You let us store and process it to run Midrolo, including with the companies listed on the privacy page. A media kit you publish is public until you unpublish it.
Paid plans
- Prices are on the pricing page. There's no commission on any deal you land.
- Dodo Payments is the merchant of record: it takes the payment and handles tax, receipts and invoices.
- Monthly and yearly plans renew until you cancel. Cancel from your account page and the plan runs to the end of the period you paid for.
- The Sprint plan is a single payment and never renews.
- For a refund request, email hello@midrolo.com.
Paid plans aren't on sale yet: buttons join the founding member waitlist, and any checkout runs in test mode, so nothing is charged.
The service
Midrolo is provided as it is. Features may change, and new reports may pause now and then, for example when a data source is unavailable. As far as the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect losses such as lost sponsorships or income, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before a claim.
Open source
Midrolo's code is open source under the AGPL-3.0 license. These terms cover the hosted service at midrolo.com, not your own copy of the code.
Changes
If these terms change in a way that matters, we'll update the date at the top and tell account holders by email.
