Show notes
Longtime Disneyland cast member John Borders joins us to chat about his many roles, starting as an hourly Custodial Busser, later as a manager in Custodial, Guest Relations, Attractions, and more. We worked with John, so we relive some fond memories with him as he recaps his career over the last several decades.
We have authored two books: Cleaning The Kingdom: Insider Tales of Keeping Walt’s Dream Spotless and Cleaning The Kingdom: Night, Day, Past and Present.
The Sweep Spot is an unofficial Disneyland podcast, with weekly episodes: a Topical Episode every two weeks, alternating with a Current Events Episode the other weeks. Once per month, our Patreon participants join us in our live-as-we-record chat. Lynn Barron and Ken Pellman, former Disneyland Day Custodial Foremen, are your hosts.
