I am back after a nice, long summer break with my kids. Today, I am sharing some of what God has been showing me. We're going to talk a little bit about Psalm 37:4, about what it looks like to live in integrity, and I'm going to share my summer health stack—all the things that I tried and genuinely loved this summer that have helped me feel strong, energized, and well in my body.
